Information in your workspace

Managent Real Estate processes account information and the portfolio records and documents you choose to upload. Google Firebase provides authentication. Google Cloud stores workspace data and documents. When you request AI analysis, the supplied content and relevant portfolio context are processed by Google Vertex AI.

Access and use

Workspace data is scoped to the signed-in account. Sample portfolios contain illustrative records. The public demo does not save your changes. The application does not sell portfolio information or publish it in a cross-client benchmark network.

Retention and requests

Your records remain until you remove them or request account deletion. Contact pedro.moneo@managent.com for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. Client-specific data-processing agreements and retention periods must be agreed before onboarding confidential production information.

Browser storage

Firebase uses browser storage to maintain your authenticated session. The site does not use advertising tracking cookies.
