Days 1–30
Understand and connect
Select 5–10 representative assets. Collect rent rolls, leases, budgets, actual accounts, valuations, debt and capex. Establish the canonical model and configure the agreed connections.
Days 31–60
Identify the financial opportunity
Use Pulse, Lease, Income and the Opportunity Engine to identify upside and emerging risk. Validate assumptions with the asset team and prioritize the highest-impact actions.
Days 61–90
Approve and execute
Choose the first ten opportunities. Assign owners, coordinate delivery, produce reports and measure financial outcomes against agreed baselines.
Success is economic value.
Measure income uplift, operating savings, vacancy reduction, time saved and value captured. Activity alone is not the outcome.
